Terms and Conditions

1. Effective range

Our general trading conditions are valid for the entire division with our customers, in the following called " client"  The TAC is recognized automatically by the client by the placing of order. They are valid for the duration of the business relation

2. Order and achievement

Basis of the business relation is the respective consultancy agreement, and/or that written order of the client, in which the capacity as well as the remuneration is held. The client can give us orders by fax or by mail, equally we receive informal orders. The client receives a confirmation  after incoming orders. With this confirmation  the order is valid, accepted and the consultancy agreement is considered . This confirmation of order is relevant for the remark date of the order. If necessary we consult external advisors. The business relation exists nothing else in these cases further between us and the client if is agreed upon. Changes of the original order or quantity of orders require writing form and become thereby a component of the closed agreement.

3. Fees

 Agreed upon prices for achievements are net, plus full VAT rate valid in Germany. Basis is the up-to-date valid price list for our services

4. Payment and maturity Our requirement on payment of the calculation develops with the feed with the client. With first orders we will charge a security fee for costs at a value of 30% on the expected invoice amount in advance. The client comes also without express reminder into delay, if the payment is not received within 14 days after purchase invoice with us. Set-offs and retaining are permissible only if they are validly determined and undisputed.
